There is water dripping from the exhaust fan in our basement bath.
We do not use the shower. When looking at the water pipes along bath wall on unfinished side there are no visible leaks. What could be causing this? Condensation?

How high is the relative humidity wet bulb dry bulb? Have an enviormental (HVAC) mechanic take the readings. The cure could just be a simple dehumidifier.
Folks dont realize how the ambient conditions effect moisture like the outside of a glass filled with ice.
