Hot water pressure in shower and tub is very low (almost dribble). Cold is fine. Hot water pressure is ok in sinks. How can we fix this?

: Hot water pressure in shower and tub is very low (almost dribble). Cold is fine. Depending on your water conditions in your area, I would suggest using either copper or CPVC to repipe bad sections of galv pipes. Pipe information can be found at: http://www.terrylove.com/pipe.htmRegards, Terry Love

I have always wondered about an interesting what if. Perhaps you can provide some insight. Years ago, when Milton Berle TV show was the hottest thing in America, water pressure would drop just before his show started because everybody went to the bathroom at the same time. What happens when theres so much simultaneous flushing? And, hypothetically, what would happen if everyone in a major city was to flush a toilet at precisely the same time? Would it cause damage to a citys plumbing system or drain a reservoir? Your insight would be appreciated.ThanksMarc L.
