        Discovered I have aleak in C/W supply line ,in my concrete slab.$400 to repair ,with me removing 3X3 cool deck & concrete,so plumber can tunnel under home to fix the pipe .Want to avoid this crap from ever happening again and am going to repipe thru the attic.What is the Best system to use?? PVC or PEX ?? Thanks

          Todd..Different plumbers have differing opinions on the type of repipe materials to use. Personally I favor CPVC, I have used it for 15-20 yrs. and have had no problems with it (except for rodents occasionally snacking on it). If this was your first experience with leaks in copper piping, you may wish to check out the link below, I will be happy to forward some info on what you can be done to prevent leaks in copper piping.
