My toilet is not sucking consistantly. It may take as many as 3 flushes to actually flush. I have tried flushing an enzyme action residue remover but it did not help even a little bit. Do I need to call a plumber? Or can I fix it myself?

A small mirror can be helpful to see if there is anything nearby that can be pulled out. At times plunging the toilet will work. Next a closet auger is used (snake) In the worst case, the toilet will be removed to inspect from the bottom side and reset.Regards, Terry Love
