We have good hot water pressure in both bathrooms; however in the kitchen and laundry room (which are next to each other) the hot water has no pressure and barely streams down — although there is pressure on the cold water side. What do we do to repair this?

What do we do to repair this? The first step is to remove the aerators on the faucets to clear and remove any silt that would prevent clear running. Another spot that can block up is the nipple through the wall between the brass shutoff valve and the fitting in the wall. However, since both the laundry and the kitchen are affected (together on same line?) it may be a case of pipes closing off with age. (presuming galv pipes of course)http://www.terrylove.com/pipe.htmTerry Love
