I am ready to install a new toilet in a new downstairs bathroom. The floor is concrete. I plan on tiling the floor with standard size tile. The sweep that was installed by the builder is a lead sweep. What kind of toilet flange should I buy for this application and how do I secure it to the floor? Also should I install the flange over the tiles or directly on the concrete and tile around the flange? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated since it is holding up the completion of the job. Thanks in advance.
