Leak

I have a leak around a 3×2 plastic saddle T on a drain pipe. Is there a way of stopping the leak which is around the edge of the saddle or does the whole thing need to be replaced? Is it possible to remove the plastic T without destroying the existing pipes? Thanks for your help.
