using greywater to flush toilets/rain water storage systems

We may be experiencing 3-5 years of drought in central Texas and I would like to conserve water by using greywater to flush toilets. Water type of plumbing system would be required to store and move water to the two toilets in my house?What should I consider when capturing rainwater for the same purpose? Or, for landscape watering?I like your site!
