quote to replace cold water pipes

I am in need of a quote(s) for the replacement of cold water pipes. I am in a rental property and the owner has requested the quotes. The water pressure at the front of the house is excellent, whereas pressure at the back of the house is appalling. Would appreciate hearing from anyone interested in quoting the job. Thank you.
