WHATS THE BEST WAY TO INSTALL A TOILET ON A BASEMENT FLOOR THAT IS CONCRETE? FLOOR MAY NOT BE QUITE LEVEL.. NOT ENOUGH TO FILL WITH A LEVELING CEMENT BUT ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE TOILET TO WABBLE WHEN SITTING ON IT. CAN ANCHORING IT TO THE FLOOR WITH BOLTS CAUSE THE PORCELAIN TO BREAK?
