Dear Sir:I enjoyed reading your article, but is there a section where we can ask questions concerning different types of water problems and installation problems, eg. A customer advised they have a metallic taste coming from his reverse osmosis drinking water system which was hooked up to his fridge. This gave his access to refreshing cool drinking water. Upon my investigation and water analysis before and after, I found that on this country well water system his water softener was working fine and there was no iron. This was a three year old house. The TDS before the drinking system was 500 and the TDS after the R.O. was 0. In short, the water quality was excellent after the R.O. The TDS was 0. Upon further inspection, the line hooked up to the fridge was attached with a copper line and a polyethelene line. Therefore, the assumption was the R.O. water was agressive leeching copper from inside that small 1 1/4 copper tube that was hooked up to his fridge (water dispenser). Please advise why there are no instructions to plumbers, when hooking up an R.O. system that a copper tube should not be hooked up to R.O. water. Is there a difference between plumber and water technician?Yours truly,Rick Trudeau
