I HAVE A SHOWER IN MY BASEMENT, IT IS OLD AND THE LAST TIME I USED IT I COULD NOT TURN IT OFF, EXCEPT WITH A PAIR OF PLIERS. CAN THIS BE FIXED WITHOUT RIPPING OUT A LOT OF PLUMBING. DO I NEED TO JUST REPLACE THE ON OFF HANDLES?THANKS
