The mixing valve is a Leonardnd the water heater is a commercial grade that goes to 180 degrees.The dishwasher does have a booster heater on it.And the recovery line is three quarternd it is insulated,the circulating pumps are Bell and Gosset and they run all time.It has aquastats that sense the temp from the outside of the pipe.Thats all i can tell you.Also this school was built 55 years ago.
