This sounds like the installer didn’t anchor it properly to the adjoining wall.
Hopefully you have a solid wall and not water resistant sheet rock that you can anchor this tub with a stringer piece under the apron with up rights for support.
The floor should have been at least 3/4 ply wood and the tub set in mortar.
Unfortunately this should have been performed during installation
