You have a great water softener! Demand regeneration is a great way to always have soft water and use salt effiecently. This machine wants salt pellets, never solar or rock salt. Disconnect and clean brine tank. If you prefer leave connected and use a wet/dry shop vac. You should hear this unit go thru regen cycle in a few days. If it does not call a Kinetico dealer to perform service. These units retail, in my area depending on size from $1300-1750. This is a top end unit.
