If you have just installed a new disposal and now the dishwasher doesn’t drain the knockout plug that is on the disposal was not knocked out. If you haven’t changed anything, and the dishwasher just started this problem it’s time for an appliance repair man. P.S. You might check out where the dishwasher drain connects to. and disconnect this and try draining into a bucket. Good Luck……
