What is the name on this beast?
Buying a toilet today is like buying a newspaper,there are a thousand different kinds from almost as many countries, they all will give you what you bought it for, some are better than others.
Is it round or elongated?
It could be that the wax ring is not centered on the closet collar, this would cause an obstruction that will not go away.
Or this model was made in China and bought at one of the homie stores, in which case you might want to start over.
Toto is a good one we also like the wellworth, kohler model.
