One other question…My design for the added bathroom is to make a lower drywall ceiling where the exhaust and lights will be placed. The rest of the walls of the basement will be higher with an armstrong ceiling.What would the bathroom walls structure look like when there is a need for the wood ceiling studs to be part of the wall in order to fix the drywall ceiling to it?A diagram will be of great help.
