With only .2bar {2.9lbs) pressure @ not knowing inlet gallons available all that I can do is suggest an inline pump to boost pressure, but keep in mind that if you do not have the gallons available it will not work. The thing you have to keep in mind that the pump will increase pressure to overcome friction loss, if the volume is not available to the pump it will not work.
