It is a washer, but it is in the part where the handle is. You need a new washer, stem, or cartidge, depending on the make and type of valve.: We replaced our shower head because it was dripping. The new shower head drips too from where the water spray comes out. Obviously, it is not the washer. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
