Im in an area that does not have sump pumps, but I know construction workers…And they will use anything as a toilet. You could ask them not to do it, but they will go somewhere for sure. The only sump pumps I have ever seen were in Illinois and they just pumped water from the sump to somewhere on the ground outside the house.
