: : I am trying to fit a 7/8 x 7/8 x 5/8 compression tee onto a main line. There is no lateral give in the line. How do I fit the tee on without causing major damage elsewhere.: what type of pipe? (copper, pvc?)Copper. Any help would be appreciated.
