I dont remember what a Price Phister looks like, but if you replaced the diverter stem unit (including the bonnet assembly)… Look to see if the bibb seat somehow got damaged, or a rubber seal is missing from inside the diverter stem, or some old parts are stuck up inside the faucet valve body.If this doesnt help, repost with exact symptoms.
