: : : The aquastat # would be a L8148E. the Z/TV terminals are for power supply to the zone valves. The TV/T terminals are for the end switches of the zone valves, this is what completes the circuit to energize the relay and start boiler function.(not furnace) : : Keep in mind your thermostates control only the zone valves, when they are in the open position a end switch closes and the circuit is then completed to turn on the boiler. : : (via. the T/TV ): thanks for your help the #1 2 3 wires on the zone valves ore the power in and the 4 5 6 oar power out so do i need to wire the Z/TV TO 1 2 AND THE 4 5 TO THE TV/T AND IS THE THERMOSTATE WIRED TO THE TV/T OR TO THE 4 5 ON THE ZONE VALVES ONCE AGAIN THANKS BRIAN S ANY GOOD BOOKS OUT THERE YOU RECOMMENDBrain, sorry so long to respond. I assume you have 3wire w/r zone valves.(3 wire require power to open & close) The 1-2-3 are your power to zone valves and your end switch. Z-power for valve. T-end switch(for boiler function). T/V-common for both. Check your paper work that came with valves for the 1-2-3 location. The 4-5-6 are for the thermostat, again one is common, one to open and one to close. Once you do one valve, you just jumper the wires over to the next.(again 1-2-3 this ties in common power/end switch. 4-5-6 is from the other thermostat) If you dont have the sheet from the valves you should go to a supplier and have them make you a copy for your records,it will come in handy later. Good luck, dont make it harder then it is. kenny b
