    I am a chemist that is often asked to do water quality analysis. Hydrogen sulfide gas by itself is dangerous, and its a byproduct of the waste of many bacteria. I’d be more concerned with the latter. I suggest that you have a microbial analysis done of the water, and after you find a way to deal with the biological aspect, the hydrogen sulfide problem will be corrected. I am an analytical chemist, so I don’t know what specific bacteria release the H2S gas, but I’d definately have an analytical lab with microbial capabitlies (they would use ELIZA plate most likely to test it) look into your situation. Its not what you smell that’s as bad as what you are NOT smelling. good luck, and let us know how it goes
