: When the washer (in the basement) drains into the utility tub, the kitchen sink drain makes a noise like it is gulping for air.CHECK YOUR VENT LINE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAR. DRAIN LINE SOUND LIKE THEY ALSO NEED TO BE CLEANED.
