The pipe had to be installed prior to July 31, 1995, and you have to document 1 leak, either one that has been repaired, or presently leaking. If it is leaking, get it repaired as the process takes 30 – 60 days to get the pipes replaced. Replacement is free, including wall, paint and wallpaper repairs where cut to replace all the poly pipe in your home or business.
