thanks for the reply, will try to let air out of the bladder tank [brand new ] let you know. : : i have a new water tank, new sears shallow well pump and new foot valve. the problem is the pump will fill the tank if the presure does not drop below 30 but if a faucet is opened below thirty it will drop to 20 and the pump will run all day and not pump water. if i drain water past 20 it will start pumping pack to peak 50. pls help: sounds like youre getting a air lock somehow. what kind of tank are you using,a regular tank with a air volume control or a bladder tank. : may have to let some air out of a regular tank or reduce static air pressure in bladder tank?
