: Know nothing about septic systems. Pls explain basic works & worries. How often do you recommend lines & tank replaced/cleaned. What other maintenance recommended. Thanks.just use it! no trees around leach feild! Watch what you put down your drains! No large amounts of cleaning chem. Have it pumped every 3 or 4 years. If it was properly installed it will last for years & years. Remenber if it fails it can not go back in the same place 7 the laws are gettting harder & harder to comply with> TAKE CARE OF IT!
