: Gary, : McPherson, from Tampa Florida, went belly-up a while back. Parts are scarce. The automatic valve they used had a 1/8 timer tube that always plugged up from calcium or lime deposits. Sometimes you can simply cut the tube a bit shorter or find some just like it and replace it all-together. This will help. : The manual valve is less complicated. Usually, all you need to replace are the large diameter neopreme washers to stop it from leaking. : Finally, have you considered and ejector pit? Zoeller makes one that installs without cutting a hole in the concrete. Might be time.
