Either the water supply is turned off, or all the valves have failed.: I have a problem with my lawn sprinkler system. It stopped working. I replaced the central unit (a Toro EL-6+) with another (Water Master 57004, 4 station). It still doesnt work. Any suggestions about what may be the problem?
