Adam,I just bought a home which is 7 years old in Alberta. It has Poly-b and the inspector never even mentioned the potential problem to me before purchase. As a matter of fact he said it was good plumbing material. I recently heard of the concerns with poly-b.Check out the follwoing web site. It is a fact sheet from Alberta Labour.
