: My washer just started getting grease on my clothes and I am not sure why or where it is coming from. I have a 6 year old GE WWA8816RBLWH.Its leaking transmission oil.The man at the appliance parts place sold me a lower transmission seal.He also told me that if the upper transmission seal leaks it will get oil on the clothes.
