If you cant grab the bolt below the nut with a pair of needlenose pliers, you could try cutting a slot in the end of the bolt so you could grab it with a narrow straight screwdriver. If none of the above work, grab the nut with a pair of pliers and cut off the bolt with a hacksaw, (quickest)if the hacksaw blade is going to rub on the porcelain, put some thin cardboard under it to prevent scratching….Lou
