I live in Toronto, Canada. The condo does not use a septic tank but rather your standard city sewer system. As to whether or not it is a 1.6 gal low water consumption bowl… I couldnt tell you. Im assuming that it is. This building was constructed in 1990 and if Im not mistaken, there was already regulation requiring the installation of low water consumption toilets at the time. In any case, Im still at a complete loss as to what is happening here.Thanks… Pierre
