: upper & lower wand wont spin. there is water coming out of the blades – perhaps not enough to spin them? i cleaned them and the empting trap. the blades spin freely by hand when the machine is off. i understand this machine (amana5000) is made by g.e. : thanks, kenTry looking on this site ���� at the bottom there are some buttons click on the one that says coffee shop ��it takes you to a dedicated appliance site with help forums similar to this one but just about appliances �..there is a lot of helpful people there �..good luck.http://www.a-1appliance.com/
