: The water in the bowl of the toliet keeps running and the water level is a bit high, there is also hi pitch sound that I keep hearing and I cant make this stop. How can I get this to stop? check to see which is leaking fill valve or flush valve to check fill valve turn off toilet shut off if water still leaks into bowl change flush valve or flapper. if water quit when w/c valve was turned off change fill valve. as long as it,s not just overflowing in the tank and going down overflow tube.
