When the low flow water closet s first came out, they were all junk.
Today there is more than one good flusher. Toto being one of them, Kohler wellworth is another and Gerber is alright, to name a few. You still need to stay away from the Chinese crap that has flooded the market.
As a whole, you will be happy with your new Toto.
