Hi, Bill. Thanks for your reply.1) The unit is indoors.2) The indoor heater is located at upper-right wall of the window. The gas pipe (metal) and the water pipes (metal) come into the bottom of the heater. There is something outside the wall, like a square metal cube with a slightly larger metal cover.3) The color of the heater is cream.4) There are some instructions on the heater.
