:Amy, We plumbers dont exactly cost a fortune. We do have some overhead and like to eat a little but…anyway. You (or someone) will have to unbolt the toilet from the floor. Then look for the obstruction from the underneath side, trust me – its there! Remove the toy/tooth-brush/bottle (whatever)and re-install the toilet. This would take a plumber less than an hour.
