: : I recently drained and refilled my Hot water heater. I was told to do that every once in a while. Well, afterwards, the hot water pressure in my bathtub faucet was greatly diminished. Everywhere else, the pressure is just as strong, but at the tub/showerhead, the pressure is almost gone now. What could be wrong and what could I do to correct it? : Sounds like maybe something from the tank maybe alittle of the dip tub has broken off and blocking your faucet..is it a single lever type shower valve? : If so try shutting your water of and removing the cartridge or cartridges then with another persons help ask them to turn the water on slowly and allow to flush the lines.: Good luckHmm…well….would the dip tube be broken off if all the other faucets in the house have strong hot water pressure….its just the bath tub and shower head…?
