What you heard about is the Sloan Flushmate PRESSURE assisted flushing
This device is used by several manufacturers in lieu of a gravity feed system.
As much as I adore Sloan products I would never install this device as my clients like Quiet operation and easy maintenance.
Sloan Royal and Gem sets the industry standards ONLY ones I EVER use.
Personally I would tell you to teach your BRATS not to throw paper or other stuff down the toilets,
Or go with a great gravity feed like a Crane.
For your information my kids did the same thing and I can tell you it gets MUCH worse wait till they start to drive and start dating
Then you will wish they only abused the plumbing fixtures.
My personal wish in life now is to live long enough to revenge myself and become a burden to my kids. PAY BACK.
Seriously think about keeping it simple like Gravity drainage like Crane or Gerber (2nd choice).
