: I have a 1 year old two story house. We have 2 natural gas hot water heaters. One hot water heater provides water upstairs, two full baths; and the other provides hot water down stairs, 1.5 baths. The upstairs is not used much. The hot water in the sinks upstairs is milky white. The hot wate in the bath tubs upstairs is fine. : Shortly after moving in, we did find one comode upstairs hooked up to the hot water (made for a nice warm seat at night). The plumber corrected this. Could something he did to correct this cause the water to be milky white? The reason your water is milky white is because of the areators. The faucet has a flow restrictor on it. Remove the flow restrictor and it should solve the problem. Merry Christmas! Jesus is the Reason for the Season! Dallas E. Lewis Plumbing, Dudley, NC
