: : I have recently moved my Kenmore portable washer from my kitchen to my garage to make it a permanent washer in there. I have been having some problems with the machine crawling across the floor when it spins. It did the same when it was in my kitchen, but it was not next to anything that it might hurt, in the garage it might crawl over and bang into the boiler. When it spins it is pretty rough like it is coming to life. The washer works pretty good so Im not ready to get rid of it, I just want to keep it in from moving. It has wheels which I dont think can be removed. First see if one of the feet needs to be screwed out a bit.By the way if it walks across a flat floor, can you think of any reason it will stay up on a few bricks???????????????????????????????????? And DONNNNT make it fast to the floor. If ti gets out of balance it could shake its self to death. Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some thing has to give and my money is on the machine croaking before the floor.
