More likely something in the toilet itself.: Toilet almost overflows, sometimes overflows. Water level in bowl sometimes lower than others. Septic tank has been pumped. Drain field has been cleaned. All other drains working fine. Other toilet works fine. Could there be a blockage between toilet and septic tank?
