Jay thjis is an easy fix. First you have to determine what kind of bee wax it is. Some bees are very nasty when you disturb there nest. Be careful, get some Raid or another product and spray the nest at night ( Bees are not that active then), then you must get a sample and bring it down to the local board of health. The board of health will determine is the bees are on the endangered list. The should be able to give you a course of action. Hope this helps.
