Dr Dave -You Nailed it!!Thanks for your response. To make a long story short, we seem to have solved the problem with a good cleaning of the vent pipe, reaming of all orifices within the bowl (NONE of which really appeared to be clogged) AND two boxes of Rid-X enzyme flushed down the toilets.They seem to be working as good as they ever did now.Thanks again,William
