If you find a supplier thats helpful, you will have to take the handle and stem to them to see if they can match it up in their catologs ( the catologs contain exact size replicas of the parts). Generally , plumbers tend to shy away from these type repairs because it is extremely cost prohibitive, or worse the search comes up NLA (no longer available) Good luck.
