: I would like to know the procedure for bleeding a house water system, please.: Thanks,: Bill.If the water heater is electric, turn off breakers ( no power to heater )Turn off water supply to home.Open all faucets in home, includeing the outside faucets.Shut all faucets.Slowly turn water back on ( with galv pipes, the slower the better, when water is turned on quickly, it can dislodge corrosion inside of pipes.Remove aerators on faucets one by one and flush before reinstalling.When all water pressure is back on, and faucets have been flushed, turn breakers back on for the water heater.Regards, Terry Love
