: I have a well with a submersible pump and my water line runs under my house and into a presurized tank. Our water has never had the pressure I feel it should have but lately is has gotten much worse. While running water the force will get stronger for a while then weaker for a while. I dont think the problem is the pump but then again, Im not a plumber so Im not sure. I feel it has something to do with the water tank. If it is possible to correct the problem myself, I would certainly like to save the money.: Any suggestions on how to get the water pressure up? Sometimes the water slows to a trickle now and that makes taking a shower, doing the laundry or anything a problem.: Thanks for any help and advice…………DavidDavid, It could very well be the expansion tank. If the check valve and expansion tank are working well, there should be pressure
